CHOOSING A GRADING OPTION
Refer to the UCI General Catalogue for all Pass/No Pass regulations prior to selecting or changing the grading option for your courses (the regulations are available here - scroll to "Pass/Not Pass") and contact an academic advisor with any questions.
Note the following requirements must be taken for letter grades:

Note the following requirements must be taken for letter grades:
- All School of Humanities requirements
- All major courses
**REPEATS: If you are repeating a course that you previously took for a letter grade and did not pass, you must repeat the course for a letter grade.
HOW TO CHANGE THE GRADING OPTION
For majors in the School of Humanities

Weeks 3-10 | Submit request in Student Access: Applications > Enrollment Exceptions. Requests must be submitted by Friday of Week 10 at 5pm to be considered. |

After Week 10 | It is too late to change the grading option. |
