One possibility you might consider is taking courses at UCI that will make you eligible to apply to the UCLA MA degree program in Conservation when you are finished your BA at UCI. The necessary / recommended courses listed here.

Another resource that might be helpful is UCI’s Career Counseling Office. 

The Balboa Art Conservation Center in San Diego would be a great place for an internship once you have entered a graduate program.
