If you are an SOH graduate student, you can apply for grants that fund individual research, collaborative conferences, and dissertation workshops with an outside scholar. The workshop will cover the particulars of applying for a Humanities Commons grant, as well as general grant-writing tips and information about outside funding opportunities.

Applications for the fall funding cycle are due Monday, October 27. There will be a second call in the spring. If you are a graduate student thinking about applying for Commons funding this year, or want to learn more about grant-writing, we recommend that you attend one of these workshops!
