2018 Mehregan Conference & Celebration

Please join us on Sunday, October 7, 4:00-7:00 pm in UC Irvine's Humanities Instructional Building (HIB) 100 for the 2018 Mehregan (Persian Festival of Autumn) Conference & Celebration.

This year's conference is titled IN SEARCH OF ZAKARIYA RAZI and features talks by Professor Ahmed Alwishah of Pitzer College "Razi's Key Philosophical Ideas" and Professor Mahmoud Omidsalar of UC Irvine "Razi, an Iranian Polymath of the 10th Century". Event features a special musical performance by Arezoo Koochakan and Vandad Massahzadeh and ensemble, with special guests.
