Ngugi wa Thiong'o, Trial of Dedan Kimathi

Ngũgĩ wa Thiong'o will discuss the revolutionary play he wrote with Micere Githae-Mugo, The Trial of Dedan Kimathi, which was produced at UCI in 2014 under the direction of Jaye Austin Williams. The play was documented on video by Carla Wilson, and will be available to Humanities Core students for viewing before the Forum. Event organized by Daniel M. Gross.
