Geshema Venerable Lhamo Gurung

Geshema Tenzin Lhadron and Geshema Lhamo Gurung, from Jamyang Choling Institute in Dharamsala, Northern India, are among the first twenty Tibetan Buddhist nuns in Tibetan history to receive the Geshema degree from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in December 2016.

The geshemas will share their knowledge, provide instructions and guided-meditation sessions on Compassion, Tolerance and Forgiveness.

The meditation session meets weekly on Tuesday. The first session begins Tuesday, April 18, 2017
