It's that time of year again! The UCI Student Film Festival, Zotfest is here to present the creative film work done by UCI students this past year!

Zotfest is an annual student-run film festival at the University of California, Irvine. The festival is a sub organization of FADA (Film Arts Drama Alliance) a UCI organization whose goal is to provide filmmaking opportunities for students of all majors.

As we approach our 17th year, Zotfest continues to create experiences that bring people together to discover extraordinary student films from our UCI campus.

The festival will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 21st, 2016, in HIB 100. We look forward to showcasing films from UCI's talented students.

Our categories are:
Best Picture - “Golden Anteater”
Best Performance
Best Screenplay
Best Director
People’s Choice Award
Best Technical Achievement:
- Editing
- Cinematography
- Sound Design

Come enjoy a red carpet awards ceremony followed by a reception with free catering and entertainment!The evening is will be filled great student shorts, give a chance to mingle with faculty and staff, and show off your best formal attire*

*Formal attire is not enforced but highly recommended for awesome pictures!
