Julia Ling is an Actor, Writer, Producer, and President of Silver Rose Entertainment. Her prime time television work includes Buffy the Vampire Slayer, House (FOX), ER, Grey's Anatomy, The OC, 8 Simple Rules (Disney), The Deep End (ABC), and Studio 60 On the Sunset Strip (NBC). She starred as the popular “nerd-herder” Anna Wu on Chuck, joined the star cast of FOX sitcom, I Hate My Teenage Daughter, voiced a sketch in Chinese for Conan O'Brien, performed opposite Academy Award winner Adrien Brody in the movie, High School, and directed commercials. Ling is a 2014 Anne Frank Visiting Researcher at UCI’s Southeast Asian American Archive. As a child of Cambodian Genocide survivors, Julia is compelled to tell the stories of this community. Ling’s co-producer at Silver Rose is Micah Haughey.  A commercial writer and producer, he has worked with top international brands (Crest, Excedrin, Omni Hotels), and is currently focused on running marketing and strategy campaigns for medical research groups and producing both a documentary and feature film based on the Cambodian Genocide. He's won multiple "Best Screenplay" awards for short and feature length scripts, sold a TV pilot, and produced TV shows that have appeared on platforms like HULU and Netflix.
