IRB Workshop for Graduate Students

Are you thinking about conducting interviews, fieldwork, or questionnaires to support your MA thesis or dissertation work?

Do you even know if your research project requires IRB approval, or qualifies as human subjects research?

Please join Humanities Graduate Study for an introductory workshop on the IRB review process and its policies and procedures. The workshop will be customized for Humanities-oriented research, including issues involved when visiting embargoed countries (i.e. Iran, Cuba), and will include an overview presentation followed by a Q&A session.
