The Astrolabe - Technology with Beauty and Context

Please join the Humanities Language Learning Program and the new Arabic Language and Culture Club for a Star Party at the UCI Observatory on November 13th at 7:00 p.m. While we gaze at the night sky, we will learn about the astrolabe, an early analog "computer developed by the ancient Greeks and refined by the Arabs.
