You are invited to attend a gathering of distinguished scholars traveling from Iran,
London, Stanford, Davis, Berkeley, Paris, Oklahoma, and UCLA for a conference,
Ancient through Modern India and Iran in the Longue Durée, at UC Irvine beginning
on Thursday, April 19 and extending through Sunday, April 22. This conference is
open to our Art History majors, Friends of Art History, and guests.

We hope you are able to join us in this rare opportunity to experience this group of
cognoscente as they share their knowledge and research in a setting typically
reserved for academics.
