A poetry reading by Doreen Gildroy. Doreen Gildroy's two books of poetry were
published the University of Chicago Press: "Human Love" and "The Little Field of
Self," which won the John C. Zacharis Award from "Ploughshares" for the best first
book of poetry by a contributor. She has been a visiting writer at the Vermont
Studio Center and the Robert Frost Fellow at the Bread Loaf Writers Conference.
She writes a column on "Poetry and Mysticism" for "American Poetry Review" and
was featured on the cover of the July/August issue.
