First Day Attendance Rule

All students enrolled in Composition Writing Courses (WR 40, 40A, 45, 50, and 60) are required to attend the entire first class meeting.

Enrolled students who do not attend class the entire class meeting on the first day WILL BE DROPPED from the instructor’s roll and their spot will be given away.

If you miss any part of the first class meeting and you are dropped from your instructor’s roll, you must officially drop the course using an authorization code, which you can obtain by emailing the instructor of your course. All drops must be completed by the last day of Week 2.
