YOU’RE INVITED!
Please join us for a virtual event as we launch the “Learning from our AAPI Leaders” website and showcase short videos based on interviews collected during spring 2020, highlighting the impact of COVID-19 on our Asian American Pacific Islander communities in the region. Your participation or support of this project has enabled us to collect, preserve, and provide access to an important Orange County AAPI histories. We hope you can attend to learn more about this project/website!

The event is embedded within the monthly OC Meet and Eat Coalition gathering of community leaders.

WHO:
Our panel includes researchers: Qianru Li, Nikki Oei, and Catherine To. They will share some reflections on being part of this project, pivoting to collecting Zoom oral histories, and their ongoing work in the AAPI communities in OC.
