Debra Suh, JD, has been the Executive Director of
the Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF) since
1999. CPAF is a non-profit organization recognized
nationally for its pioneering work to support
immigrant Asian and Pacific Islander (API) survivors
of domestic and sexual violence. Debra serves as
Chair of the California Office of Emergency Services’
Domestic Violence Advisory Council, member of
Blue Shield of California’s Foundation’s Strong Field
Project Advisory Group, and board member of LA
County Emergency Food and Shelter Program.

Kyle Tsukahira is the Program Coordinator for
the Asian Pacific Islander Obesity Prevention
Alliance (APIOPA). He is currently working on
The Roots Community Supported Agriculture
(CSA) program, APIOPA’s youth biking
programs, and air quality work with the Promoting
Youth Advocates club at Mark Keppel High
School in partnership with Asian Americans
